    Likewise, never heard of it before, not sure tech2 or reflashing ecu would do anything as it would put the same software back on.

      Update.....

      I seem to be getting this fault code in the CIM, do you think it could be related?

      B3794 - Cruise Control "Set" Switch Circuit Resistance Range/Performance
      (08) - Not present

      My cruise control sometimes won't work, a quick dab of the brakes sorts mine out. Worth a try?

      I have a zafira b with the same 6th gear cruise control issue.. did you have any luck finding the problem? ive tried everything even had it in Vauxhall and they don't have a clue. any help or advice would b really appreciated

      Did you 19-inch wheels fitted and programmed? I had a also there could be short gas and already had the cruise control from

      This will not make a difference as I've had Vauxhalls with cruise control and ran different size wheels without having to re-program.

      I still never got to the bottom of this The only thing I can think of is OP-COM messed up the programming so it now thinks its an automatic!

      In my case the same error as in your was when I programmed to 19 inches in the ECU. In ABS ESP that's no problem. I have it then programnmiert back to 18 inches and it worked again. I have a Z20LEL

      So I need to change programming in the ABS module?

      The car has factory fitted 18" wheels but I did fit 19" wheels last night, I'll try the cruise control on my way home tonight, you never know........
