Cd70 twin audio

Hi all , will op com turn on twin audio unit or is it only a tech 2 thing ?
Also is it a variant or is it in the coding like aux out ?

I think no one knows
As not many has retrofitted them, but it more depends from your opcom and soft version as some has missing files and some opcoms is dodgy like s***, if you got a chance see someone with tech2 or if you gonna add uhp too than its only tech2 job as opcom doesnt support them

It is down to the version of Opcom as to wether it can get into the variant configuration on the EHU's. Will try to check tonight if I remember has have both tech2 and opcom/vauxcom...

In the variant config you must enable 'Twin Audio' to Present. Thats the only change needed.

Fitted a few of these now, only one I came across with an issue was someone who had aux-in retrofitted and Twin Audio wouldnt work..(no sound) Coincidence or not.. Dont know..

Yeah my aux in is standard fit and yeah I've enabled a few things with op on and when I go into EHU it shows a few things in variant configuration but not twin audio , I get mobile phone but not twin audio

Possibly old version or as most of them dont support it

as far as I'm aware all cd70's support twin audio...

Its deffo there under variant config... will see how far down it is and I will try to use opcom to have a looksie

With tech2 i saw twin audio option even on my early cd70 but if opcom shows it dont know official vauxcom i believe will show too
But as we all know how good is opcom i wont be surprised it wont give that option but you can check to make sure
As i mentioned early if he is going to add uhp than leave twin audio for now and activate it later when uhp will get done as its anyway tech2 job as opcom cant do it

Cheers all for replies my op on under EHU doesn't show twin audio , but I don't know if later version will show it

Sorry cant give any answer on opcom as im not using it but like i allready said if you gonna retrofit bluetooth than leave twin audio for now and do it when you will get bluetooth done as opcom doesnt support bluetooth so only tech2, this way you can save some ££.

My op com gives me the option to activate UPH4 module that's the Bluetooth system ?
