PS: And what hardware I need for Peckys Vauxhall decoder?
Peckys decoder is software.. not hardware
I know but For Software ins Hardware need? Eeprom flasher?
Anything what suits your needs and is ok for your pocket
Just type eeprom programmer in google
theres a few different types, upa-usb, minipro 866 and so on
Sometimes it is possible to do an in-circuit read, but it is easier and surer to remove the I.C.
A small pencil blowtorch works well.

I have a Carprog, can i use it for the Most in the Pecky soft?
How will I know if I EPROM better desolder? Or should I always desoldering. With the soldering iron you can gas EPROM expand well?
It looks like CarProg will read the EEPROM and save it to a .BIN file, so it should be fine.
If you have a connector which will let you read the EEPROM without desoldering, then try that. If it doesn't work, then you only lost a few minutes of time, instead of saving a few minutes.
