GID upgrade question

Hi all,

I would like some help with buying a GID to upgrade the BID in my 57 plate astra

I have seen this on ebay and would like to know if it will work in my car.

i have seen some Siemens Displays and Delphi Grundig. Does it matter which one?

It's been reset so simple to install. And marry to your astra.

it is a BG Ident i believe and has come from a zafiria. is that ok?
Will it work ok with my CD30MP3? I did purchase a CDC40 Opera in piano black but have now realised it does not have a dedicated aux. and the dab work around will cost

How much for the cd40 lol. And yes a Zaf will work. Just need to change the surround.

Ok so i installed the GID today.



The range is wrong and it has the old Vin when the computer identifies it. What do i need to do to program it properly. I have an opcom software. just not sure of where to go or what to do?
