corsa d cd30 mp3 with GID screen.

I had this about 6 months and all works 100% with MPG/BC1/BC2/ etc.
I had it from a person as a pair ( cd30mp3 with BC/OK on and GID and paired out of same car )
and plugged into mine and all A1.
Will this work in any corsa d as it did in mine when i had it,no code or safe or beeps ever happen in 6 months.
I ask because i have sold my corsa and taken this out with the 2 plastic surrounds.
