Harder as they are much smaller and easy to damage and aswell you must check where is negative side

Can be but only for expierinced blokes, if first time than not that easy to hold them with tweezers and if they fall out you must turn them over and check where negative is
If you do it daily or work with smd components a lot than you know that nothing can be easier than smd tweezers, desolder braid, low melt solder paste and oven (can be used hot air gun too) at least i found it speeds up a lot
