What Code Index do I need?

Hi all, purchased a GID and programmed in the Variance Config all fine - No pairing needed in the end as got an Aftermarket headunit.

I've got it setup on two tabs, one for radio, one for BC.

My range appears to be correct however I wasn't sure what Code Index I needed so just chose the bottom one.

Its a 1.4 Turbo Black Edition Petrol, 3 Door.

No Climate Control, No Bluetooth. - Need the Ice Warning also.

I don't believe you need another other details for the Code Index.
