Hi Pecky, finally managed to get the vci code and programmed the bcm and the instrument cluster today. The problem is that the are two messages on the display which say ''Tyre Location not known'' and ''Winter Tyres Detected''.As a result i can see on the display the small car with dashes on each wheel. Do you know what these messages mean???Do i have to make any relearn on the valves or something like that???And if so,how will i do this???Thanks in advance for your time!

The valves may need to be woken up if they are brand new. I have one of these which can read the valves http://www.ateqtpmstool.com/

A tyre place may have one.

I had one customer who swapped a wheel with someone who had tpms working and that made them all come to life and self learn.

the batteries of the sensors were changed as i could not afford to buy new.so i suppose they might have been in sleep mode.i will try to swap a wheel with a friend of mine to see if they will come up.

Hi again. The problem seem to be there and i don't know what to do. First of all i changed the four sensors with 4 new ,as the old had been cracked into the wheel. I made the procedure for relearning but nothing worked. The opcom shows me fault ''lin bus 2 lost communication with device 2''. So i checked all the wires from the tpms module. These were ok ( wire no1 Ground, wire no2 ignition , wire no 3 bcm, wire no 4 spare). I took off the tpms module ,so i was waiting to see the message ''tyre pressure system service'' or something like that, but this did not happened.I could only see the 2 messages ''tyre locations not found'' and ''winter tyre detected'' again, even with the module off the plug.I was wondering if there was an error on the bcm programming,or the tpms module is fault and must be changed. How can i understand what is going on????Why i don't have any fault message on the instrument panel???

Finally solved the problem and the tpms is working!!!The data wire was wrongly fitted on the bcm connector plug.It should be on the pink plug with pin no9 and the electrician had fitted it on the no 10 pin.
