It is not possible to get the radio security code from the serial number, it has to be obtained from the dealer or the read from the eeprom inside the radio.

Equipment installation is simple, plug in between the car and the radio, find somewhere for the uhp4 to sit and run the microphone to the roof console.

It then has to be programmed to the car, which needs tech2. Opcom is poor on the Antara, Tech2 is not much better as there isn't a lot that can be programmed on the Antara. I've not been asked to fit one to an antara yet so don't even know if it is possible to program it,

      CD30 MP3 supports the UHP 4.

When you say no communications when you plug in, do you mean for radio and Display as well as the UHP4 or just the UHP4?

Looks like something messed up, how wiring is fitted with patch cable or conected to existing wires?

Sorry for late reply but these pins have nothing to do with uhp as they are for rear seat audio would suggest checking wiring can be loose conection in patch cable or something swaped over, check radio wothout patch cable if it works than its patch cable problem
