Hi Guys,
Installed a UHP4 bluetooth module over the weekend, to my vivaro CD70 Navi, The radio etc.. works as it did but should I be seeing any signs that a Bluetooth module is installed or will it only come to life when the Tech 2 work is complete.
Any one have any idea
Thanks

Thanks Pecky,
Got the unit and lead off ebay, so would like to get it up and working as soon as poss, apparently the lead was from you Pecky
Its going on tech 2 tomorrow but unfortunately the guy thats doing it is a little unsure on what he is doing when it come to these UHP4 and it would seem that Vauxhall in Derby are no better, So all I have is some paperwork from a site where the fitment was on a corsa and on top it all I have no idea what my code index is.
Can see this going well .
So if any one can give me some pointers that would be great
Well that didn't go well, seem the guy got stuck on the code index, and couldn't get the UHP4 to work, he said he had activated all the thing in the list but I am still getting nothing on the hand free front
This is the info we was following, which seem to be the only info around but its for a Corsa
so now I am no better off for knowing if the UHP4 is working or whether is a code issue, would appreciate if someone could help me out.CIM -> mid speed canbus -> Mobile phone portal present

UHP -> Variant configuration -> English/Italian/… Language
UHP -> Variant configuration -> Bluetooth on
UHP -> Code Index -> 001_02
EHU -> Activation theft protection (use the code on your machine)
Question for Pecky, presuming the leads you was selling would be ok for a vivaro 2008, or are the patch leads to the radio vehicle specific.
the guy was also doing the board computer which he got working but it's not showing the correct info presume this is also down to the index code, how would I find out what my index code is
would really appreciate some help and advice
Thanks
Try update it with sps first
Ok but if it has code you need to update it to remove it
As far as I am aware the UHP4 is a new unit, if thats what you are referring to.
Sorry new to all this
Thanks
The looms are not car specific, they even work on the bench with no car.
Do you have the phone tab at all in the middle of the display or is it blank?

Hi Pecky,
No there is nothing on the CID display , he did some work to get the board computer working as well so perhaps he was getting confused, but even thats not showing the correct info. and the guy told me he set the phone port present, on everything , But to be honest i don't know what he has done.
I ask if he had to to put the pass code in and he said YES but if he was going by the list wouldn't that be the last thing on the list " theft protection" and he said he couldn't get pass the code index, So I am not sure
So we can say the lead that you supply and I presume the one I have will work in my Vivaro, so its down to poor coding or the UHP4 isn't working, who knows, need someone who is savvy with these things
Thanks for your reply appreciate any help or advice you can give
