    Hi Peck,

When I say there is nothing showing on the CID didplay, I mean there is no phone related stuff, the radio, satnav and now BC are showing

      Hi Pecky,

If what the guy said is true and that he has set the the phone portal to present, would that be possible if the UHP4 was not present i.e. broken

      Here is the offending article

      http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2714785912...84.m1497.l2649

I am getting a Op-com in the next few day, would I be able to see the UHP4 module with that software to confirm that that is ok,

      Thanks again

if you don't have the phone tab then this step has been missed or not done correctly.
DIS -> Variant configuration -> Mobile phone portal present
If the rest has been done and you have steering controls press the buttons on the left steering control (bottom one from memory). You may have the van saying no telephone connected or something like that. If you get that it would say something is working, it's just you can't see it to pair a phone.

It should work in the van without issues, I'd say programming error so far.

      Hi Pecky,

My steering wheel is similar to this one below, so don't think there is any thing on there that would control the voice control, other than going through the menus, But isn't there something on the CD70 unit in place of that , the instruction that we was following stated a button with the "square and symbol of speaking voice" and I did press what I thought they meant, is this the button that repeats the navi route instruction, but got nothing.

Thanks for your help, seem like you're the guy when it comes to these UHP4
