Multiple controler decoding advice

Hi on doing a fire damaged zafira and may need multiple controlers decoding from different cars any help on being able to read and program the eeprom myself with guides cim, clocks, bid, radio
Reason for doing it myself is for future cars.
I have read and programed EEPROM before but was for wii

You just need an eeprom programmer that can read microwire, SPI, I2C and m35080 and you can do everything in a zafira. I usa a UPA USB

If you have read eeproms before, it is no different in these, you just have to locate the appropriate eeprom.

I don't offer guides on where they are or how to do it, I figure if you can't find the eeprom to read it, then you really shouldn't be messing with this stuff.

Which software and is it easy enough to identify the s/c when the EEPROM is read?

Pecky if my fire damaged bid EEPROM is still readable could I just read and write to the new bid or swap the eeproms directly?

You can swap the BID to BID eeprom and you shouldn't have any problems with it.

The s/c is different in almost everything, sometimes readable in the ascii, mostly scrambled around or encoded in various ways. Unfortunately you won't find anyone who will tell you how to work out each code.

I'm still working on my software which I may release when i get time to do a bit more work on it.
