    I got it sorted out chief but I did it a different way. Basically I dug the rest of the loom out that came with the sensors and noticed the sensor wires ended up going to a multiplug which was the same as the plug on the aftermarket wires that go into the park module. Split them both open and matched the new coloured wire to the old, traced that down to the x41 and one by one matched (oviously) what you was saying about the wires and pin position. The only slight different was the old loom compsred to the new was earth and live are different colous. Added the fuse from the from the new loom and basically job done. So now at least theres a definate way ofdoing this especially as you cant buy the loom that comes with part of the kit. Many thanks for your help buddy

      I know this is a 3 1/2 year old thread but hope someone can help. I have the same problem with the different connectors for the Park Pilot and having a look at the pin outs on post 3, I also can't see the pin numbers on the X41. Does anyone have this so I can join the wires together correctly? Thanks.

      here you go.

      GREY -> BLACK WHITE
      BLUE -> BROWN WHITE
      PURPLE -> YELLOW VIOLET
      YELLOW -> YELLOW WHITE
      GREEN -> YELLOW RED
      ORANGE -> YELLOW

      important little note for estates:

      you'll need this bracket to mount the pdc module

      Thanks for the reply. Got the wiring sorted out eventually. Haven't fitted it yet, hopefully soon. Big thanks for the code indexes, didn't know about that part. I think the park pilot ecu holder is needed for all cars?

      What is Notchback? Mine is a 3 door Astra H.

      Again, thanks for the reply.

      Notchbacks are the sedans and cabrios

      I believe the bracket is only required on estates, sedans and cabrio's

      Did you use a 29mm bit for drilling the holes in the bumper fro the sensors?

      Sorry for the late reply!

      I bought a used bumped with the sensors already in them, and then retrofitted them. Gives the best look compared to retrofitting the sensors themselves.

      For anyone reading this, it's not a 29mm hole for the sensors unless you have the full aftremarket kit! The instructions for the kit say it's 29mm but it's too big. It was a 25mm hole needed. I just need to tidy up the holes a bit. Quick question though - the PDF guide says that fuse 15 has to be used. Unfortunately, there are no metal contacts there so can't be used. The Haynes manual says that parking sensors use fuse 13. There was already a 5 amp fuse in there already so removed that and used the piggy back fuse holder with the two 5 amp fuses. Will this be an ignition live fuse? Thanks.
