I believe that loom has been retrofitted for uhp?
I can guess that's problem in wires cold solder joints etc or even high resistance wires used.

Same here, in car it gets to 100% 3 times and then fails, on a bench first time.

      Quite interesting this problem.
When was using mongoose cable can say something was similar but it failed on everything including progaram code index or variant, and time after time was getting communication error. Found out that problem was caused by laptop USB port it was not outputting enough power so swaped to one of last made for win xp hp laptop and thats sorted a problem. So if you got access to pretty old laptop try it first also try in car with backup power connected in case if battery voltage has drop while flashing what can be explained why on bench all is ok but not in car. Also mentioned retrofitted wires because can bus must be terminated with 120ohm resistance both ends

Went through cardaq api and documentation and yes there is voltage monitoring
11V and below tool wont do anything
18V and up tool wont do anything
Don't know what you use for bench loom but assume that pc psu which provides constant voltage and current. Taking that all can see only problem in cars battery voltage drop as i haven't figured out yet if sps software monitors it or not but can bet it is monitoring. If you have charger with constant mode hook it up and test

What will confuse you more, is that same car, same loom, same UHP4 done immediately after failed globaltis32 with GME Infotech online and it goes straight through.

Also had a GID firmware update fail on globaltis32 but work online.

Me being what I am I retrofitted the whole dash loom complete lol... That was on my 05 preface fullcan (coding changed on programming to make it think its 06). Annoying I have been able to flash other peoples uhp4's on this car previously, then it stopped...

I tried a legacy passthru and didnt work so did a download to tech2 and then tech2 to the uhp4... At the moment I'm just using a jump pack to power the test rig which is on constant charge... Not had time to fit a bench PSU but I am intending on using switched mode PSU mounted under the bench and set it to 12.8v
