I'm not aware of any setting in Tech2 for boost, it's not anything I've ever looked for.
Engines aren't my expertise so I can't offer any more suggestions myself.

2500-3000rpm is fully normal for oem engine if you want to get boost on lower rpm you need a remap and its not a tech2 job
have anyone worked on ecu replaced it, flashed or updated?
if you compare head gaskets were they same thickness?
have you any tool available to check boost pressure and trouble codes if yes check it make log and post it
Deffo correct head gasket I did it myself am a plant fitter by trade
Nobody touched ecu at all I have opcom no codes at all even after 100 mile I'll see if I can check boost preasure if I can find it in opcom
Thank you for your replies
Having problems with my injector fuel lines leaking as soon as I replace them I'll update
Hi.
After you repair your injectors, have a look at the diesel particle filter and check the boost pressure valve.
Boost pressure command 104kpa
Boost pressure 98kpa
Boost pressure 1.58v
Than test

Well if I see correctly 1st image is at idle and 2nd at around 1400rpm is that correct?
Have you done this - EGR cleaned, check boost pressure sensor next to egr can be dirty, and a maf
Is yours fitted with dpf?
Did a check on mates Vectra at 1488rpm egr should be at around 35-45%
Boost pressure 106kpa
boost pressure 1.70V
sure every car is different but readings should be close
