I have a missing plastic engine cover rubber mount. Can these be bought as there are none on ebay.

Try the main dealer or a scrapyard. Many vauxhalls and few other manufacturers use those rubbers. When you found one, try to super glue it with engine cover and then put the cover back on the engine.
