oh ive just done the pedal test and its came up with all these codes!

      ECN210306
      ECN213900
      ECN65070
      ECN60631
      ECN161300

now im abit confuesed by this as i had it on my mates snap on scanner and it was showing no fault codes what so ever apart from the Steering Angle Senor Calibration. i also still have all my steering controls working my horn, my self cancling indicators. well everything seems to be working fine aside from me having the lights on the dash.

I'm wondering if these codes are related to the steering angle sensor problem as I never had any codes before this. Any thoughts?

Similar Issue with Sensor not calibrated

      Hi

I am having a similar problem with my Astra 2007 Turbo, I had replaced my Clutch and just after it showed the ESP light and turn signals do not come back after turning.
It is possible to fix this model year also with this solution?

Thanks for your help, My local mechanic here in Mexico wants to buy a new CIM, 1,300 Dlls!!

      Was the steering column disconnected?

If yes, take the steering wheel off, manually turn the central part of the CIM fully anti-clockwise. Then turn 2 1/2 turns clockwise until it clicks in place. That should centralise it and remove the code and light.

If not automatic, steering angle calibration needs to be done with Tech2 or opcom.

If you are unlucky, the ribbon cable has snapped inside.

      Thanks for your reply Peck

      I already did this procedure..
It still showing the ESP light, I did not calibrated again the SAS, should I do it again?. I went to the diagnostics and Sensor is always showing 0°

      2 things more:
Even though the ESP still lighting the turn signals now are coming back after turning
I make sure install the steering wheel at the center and now the car does not go completely straight.

      Thanks for your feedback

      @Pisboy ! Salut,
You can do it with op-com china clone 2010 when you go into the programming menu of the CIM module. You just have to enter the security code of the car, then align the steering wheel as much as you can to the Zero position (with a maximum of 5º rotation), then CLICK on START CALIBRATION. Hello, guys! Can the SAS be broken if I do NOT get errors with B... circuit malfunction/range/performance?
I get the ESP light on when driving at engine load and steering at engine load. If I connect the diagnosis, it tells me:
ABS/TC/ESP - U2143 - Invalid Data from SAS (Steering Angle Sensor)
      (71) - Present
      EHPS - U2139 - CAN-Bus CIM Message Range/Performance
      (71) - Not present

What do you think it is?
The OPEL workshop in Madrid told me that the ABS unit is defective, but yesterday I replaced it and it is the same.
The ESP light comes on also when I calibrate the SAS.....exactly when I start the process, and I get the 2 errors from above. All controls from the steering wheel are 90% functional. The only one that does not work is the Cruise Control.
Does anyone have an expert opinion? PLEASE :-s
      With respect,
      Gabriel

      Hi Pecky.
I need your help regarding this topic.
So, since i bought my car ( Astra H 1.4 2004) my indicators won't self cancel. Soon i started to have problems with airbag light, inoperable horn etc. So i have bought used CIM module end everything works except indicators again.
Went to local electrician and he tried to calibrate angle sensor position but without success. Kept getting error that security code is wrong.

I have read your post but can you give me some hint what to do, because this drives me crazy.

      Thank you.
