No the ABS pump does not need the code. Has to be tech2 or very latest OPCOM/vauxcom unless you know the hex coding of the ABS.

Has to be the whole pump to be swapped, I wouldn't trust something as critical as ABS with a mismatch in pump/module. Never seen the electronic side come up separately for sale either. Pump has to be removed to be able to remove electronics any way.

Thanks for quick reply! That sounds great (no code needed).. I have complete pump, so I'll swap the whole thing than. Just one more question regarding UEC and AFL upgrade on Zafira b. Are you familiar will there be a problem with compatibility, or do all UEC support AFL and headlamp wash? My car has REC, if that helps somehow.. There is empty slot for pump fuse on it, and I think a relay had to be added. I did installed headlights, changed the left plug (zafira xenon has left bigger plug with more pins than halogen one since leveling sensor is connected directly to headlamp body), did add some missing wiring, but need to connect to UEC, sensor and CanBus. In this phase, low and high beam work fine, but naturally no AFL and leveling function (did not connect sensor yet).

Can't help you with AFL on Zafira B as never fitted it to one myself. Not all UEC on the astra support AFL, can't help you with identifying which ones.

      hi pecky,

Im a little confused the ident on my pump is BQ which according to the Opel catalogue it shows UNIT, HYDRAULIC, ABS, WITH CONTROL UNIT (IDENT BQ) (EXCEPT HILL-START ASSISTANT)
but i do have hill start??

but there is no mention of DDS or TPMS unlike the other pumps.

out of the choice of pumps for my Zafira the only one that says UNIT, HYDRAULIC, ABS, WITH CONTROL UNIT (IDENT AT) (FOR TRAILER STABILITY PROGRAM) (FOR HILL-START ASSISTANT) (USED WITH LOW TYRE PRESSURE INDICATOR) (NLS.- USE 93190008).

which 93190008 says UNIT, HYDRAULIC, ABS, WITH CONTROL UNIT (IDENT BR) (FOR TRAILER STABILITY PROGRAM) (FOR HILL-START ASSISTANT)

      im really confused.

      why can this be simple

      thanks for you help

Hello I have the same problem. Well, I had a zafira b only quiped with cd50 y clima digital. Now its full equipe. and color matt chrome. I´m instsall seat heather, sport botton PAS rear and front, UHP, CD70 navi with AUX, tpms and all it.s work!!!!

ALSO I´m install PUMP ABS AS and I got it to work the DDS

      <a href="http://s1122.photobucket.com/user/rbcms/media/DSC_0131_zpscd4866c2.jpg.html" target="_blank"><img src="http://i1122.photobucket.com/albums/l523/rbcms/DSC_0131_zpscd4866c2.jpg" border="0" alt=" photo DSC_0131_zpscd4866c2.jpg"/></a>

doing a test run of DDS

Well the last it´s the TPMS, it´s not work ok. With OPCOM I see the pressure, temperature and bateries. But, These are not sen in the CID. I've tried everything.

      Any clues?

      Thanks!

Maybe TPMS should not be in learn status in progress to show your values?

      * Drive the vehicle for a short while at a speed above 30 km/h to close the roll switches, i.e. activate the pressure sensors.

Then proceed as follows for both methods:

      * Press DDS button for 4 seconds (with ignition on or engine running).
      * Control indicator lights up yellow to confirm that the correct pressure setting has been detected (each pressure value must have been received once, total duration approx. 2 minutes).
      * Perform re-set again: Press DDS button for 4 seconds (with ignition on or vehicle running), control indicator will flash 3 times

Hi, I already did. And also everything that gets here:

      TPMS/DDS
      • Service:
      min. 30 km/h) an.
      { Vorn links: 3,0 bar
      { Vorn rechts: 2,7 bar
      { Hinten rechts: 2,4 bar
      { Hinten links: 2,1 bar
      701087Reifenluftdruckkontrollsystem (TPMS/DDS), Reifendruckverlust-Überwach... Seite 3 von 6
file://C:\Programme\cosids\DATA\TMP\00701087.rtf.html 17.04.2007z Reifendrucksensoren sind nun aktiv.
      Oder
      Variante 2:
z Mit Fahrzeug kurz über 30 km/h fahren wegen Rollschalterschließung, d.h Aktivierung der
      Drucksensoren.
      z Befüllen der Reifen:
      { Vorn links: 3,0 bar
      { Vorn rechts: 2,7 bar
      { Hinten rechts: 2,4 bar
      { Hinten links: 2,1 bar
      Fahrzeug), Kontrollleuchte blinkt 3 mal
      Korrekten Luftdruck wieder herstellen.

      And nothing.

      Thanks
