      You would need to read it from the REC or the CIM unit or such on yours as the current display does not contain a pin as its an early year one where the radio asks for a code when disconnected...

      Can you not get the car pass from vauxhall?

      To get a .bin file you need a eprom programmer such as a upa-usb.. Remove the 8 pin eprom in question with hot air gun / soldering iron, place into reader and then 'read' the chip in a hex format.. then upload to here

      okay..thats going to be too much headache for me.. and after all that, that code which you get is only for the HU/display right? its not gona be security code?

      correct on older vehicles there is not a code held in the display.. even if your going to get it from the radio it would only be a radio code.. the change didnt happen to approx 54plate. (vectra)...
