Right code is 9499 but may be you have a entered
more than once wrong code and have wait time active.
Check for wrong codes and wait time with software who you are use.

How did you try to use code?
if all other units has different code than it wont work put back all your original units and disable theft protection that put new gid in and activate with code 9499
