error code 1614??

hi, i have a y reg zafira that won't start. i found some1 to plug in a dionostic tool (bad spelling i know) and its come up with the code 1614 but don't say what needs fixing. can anyone help me?? i googled the code and 1 person say's its something to do with the key or imobalizer but someone else said something about a sim update?? any info would be very welcome!

Is your engine management light flashing when you try to start the vehicle?

Have you recently had the key in bits, or are you trying to use a new key?
