Vehicle displays EML and check injection/emissions messages.
Diagnostic test shows P16BC (12) EGR cooler coolant thermostat heater control circuit - short to battery.
Vehicle previously had the same DTC, TIS checks were caried out and the ECM was replaced. Vehicle tested ok but now fault has returned.
TIS document already followed as stated - please read information/checks/results in probable cause section below. ECM already replaced as per result of TIS document checks. Fault has come back, TIS document followed again & checks show ECM faulty again.
Checks carried out ok. 60 ohms between H&L. 2.3v & 2.5v when tested between each point & ground. Please advise
