What size is the hub on the mk 4 astra guys i have the wifes bbs style wheels sitting here 4×100 with fronts 8 inch wide and 33 offset rears 9 inch wide 38 offset .will theses fit a 5 stud astra

as above since the new alternator went on ever now and then the idle hunts up and down ,rechecked everthing that was undone or moved and all sound so open to ideas

well was it worth the effort mate they look great

i know the first couple off coats with the red were like this ,but another two and they looked great are you using a good brush fine brush ,hope they come out good for you mine did

white sprit some times leave,s a film on the surface give them a good wash with soapy water , bit of fairy liquid you know the crack

if you've got the brakes in the house and nice and warm just leave till just touch dry then coat again ,i never flated between coats as the red was thin ,two coats leave over night then another two...

if its not gone to far just rub them down to get a smooth surface and good key for the new paint ,use a good brush and as i said they will take 3/4 coats don't try to put it on to thick just take...

hammerwright will look **** mate ,and if you paint them with that you will have a nightmare to strip it off again ,go to bq as i said if you put the time in they come out great
