You need a eeprom dump from IPC number 13216707 QF (OPC instrument Cluster) to restore your eeprom.

I tested a few minutes ago the value of the UT IPC eeprom dump, and now the SCAN OPC is in Kilometers!

I found three eeprom dump from 13267550 UT Instrument Opel Astra H OPC and i think it maybe works. Now, i need check it. This is the next proof.

Mystery solved. The needle sweep change the IPC to miles. I wrote the original value in the eeprom to disable the needle sweep (20) and the Tech2 values are now in Kilometers instead of miles.

And other question,

The second line of the eeprom must be all 0? the pekys decoder milleage correction dont says nothing for the second line.
