i read that almost always the code version to index 013 is version 01 so i changed that accordingly in my rom, but still only volume slider but no option... seems i finally have to find someone who...

i finally managed to change my rom to code index 01303. now i can change the aux input volume in the volume settings but there is no aux in option in the source selection list. what did i miss?

i did not manage to get the chip off the pcb in one piece. dont know why the glue on my unit was so strong. luckily i dumped the rom before using force to remove the chip so i could burn a new one…

i just read that audio and code index are saved as index and version, so this should translate to code index 003 version 03 and audio index 043 version 04. am i right? in that case changing code...

i just bent the pins up and read out the eeprom. code index is 00303 and audio index is 04304
