It's actually the 1.8 that has the 6 speed box, my brother supplied me with the wrong info and I didn't check until today.

My brother has a 2005 (55) 1.6 5 speed Zafira B. The later models of the B also have 1.6 engines but they are paired with 6 speed boxes.
