I'm starting to think that retrofitting front fog lamps to non-REC Zafira Bs isn't possible. There seems to be no wiring in place, and no means of adding it because the pins in the Underhood...

Front fog lamps do seem to be available on cars with and without a REC, but the wiring is different depending on which you have.
