As far as im aware, they are tech2 SPS to fully reset it, you can use opcom if you wish to program it to the stereo and display.

You need 009 index code, im assume your car is a zaf cdti according to your avatar?

No, If you you're making a bench loom you'll need stereo and display with uhp4 settings enabled, ecu and lots of wiring, also an obd plug and 12v going to it

You only need 2 for the Mic pin 3 and 12

Hi mate, if the clocks are programmed, go into the variant programming and tell the clocks you have front fog and rear wiper

You use the same plug as the non sport switch

You can fit the sport button your self, they come as a hazard switch unit, providing you have the correct clocks they will work.
