I thought F on dash comes with auto/semi auto gearboxes. Maybe that was just with the older cars.

UPDATE. Put the original ECU back in F displayed on dash, cleared a whole list of 16 fault codes managed to get going after it keep clicking for a while when trying to start and keep trying to die, having to hold the rev's. And still trying to cut out while driving.

      Still going to Vaux tomorrow.

      Will keep you's updated

Same car, same issue, spent loads of money on it already, changed all things that the OP changed as well and nothing.

There are so many issues like this on the forums but still no solution.

I know it's been a while since the last update but maybe someone has a solution to this.

      Thanks, guys.

      Hi,

It turned out to be one damaged wire in the wiring harness in the engine bay, sorry I canít remember exactly which one and where as it was that long ago. I ended up taking to an auto electrician who sorted the problem out within a day.
